“monster” explores how self-empowerment is possible without reproducing sexualised behaviours – and what it means to act, think and feel within this very tension. What does anger taste like, where does it sit, and what exactly does it look like?

giuliana piel x romina geppert are a contemporary dance duo who have been working together on stage pieces and dance video productions since 2021. Their movement language is minimalistic and repetitive, characterised by impulsive accents and flow.
