A Practice of Arrival is a mindful improvisational dialouge. A multi-layered meditative conversation between sound, movement and the here and now.

 

Ambient textures and bird recordings from around the world intertwine with original recordings of Zen monk, environment and peace activist Thích Nhất Hạnh, creating a shifting soundscape for Lena Klink’s improvised movement.

 

A gentle exploration of arrival: into the body, into the present moment, and into this world. Where one arrival is already unfolding within another.
