Start tenor Jonas Kaufmann, who has sung his way to the top of the global opera scene, performs some of the most beautiful arias from Italian operas, allowing us to dream of the South under the Berlin stars. With Respighi’s evocative tone poems Pini di Roma and Fontane di Roma, we walk through the Eternal City – from the pines of the Villa Borghese to the glittering Trevi Fountain.
