Beethovens „Geistertrio“ und Brahms Klavierquintett

Liza Ferschtman, Benjamin Hochman und Künstlerinnen des Curtis Institute of Music

Violinist Liza Ferschtman, known for her „laserlike intensity, purity, and refined beauty of playing“ (New York Times), and pianist Benjamin Hochman, celebrated for his "elegant, polished, and heartfelt" playing (Boston Globe), lead a piano quintet ensemble with emerging artists Carson Ling-Efird, Davin Mar, and Leah Amory from Curtis Institute of Music. The program will begin with Bohuslav Martinů’s exuberant Three Madrigals and Beethoven’s “Ghost” piano trio, and close with Brahms’ masterful Piano Quintet in F minor.
