Run & Bike

One person runs, the other one rides, and you can switch as often as you like - that is the concept of Run & Bike. The course of this race leads through Tegel Forest.

Run & Bike is a race with a high fun factor. Participants compete as a team of two: One rides a bike, the other runs. Both can take turns and switch as often as they like on the course. At the end, the most creatively dressed up and decorated team and bike will be chosen during a special awards ceremony. Despite all the fun, there are a few rules as well. The cyclist always stays behind the runner so that overtaking is possible. The pair must cross the finish line together.

Run and Bike through Tegel Forest

The route leads along flat and hilly hiking trails and forest paths through the Tegeler Forst landscape conservation area. The start will be at the stadium on Heidenheimer Straße in Berlin-Hermsdorf. Runners can choose between the distances of 5.3 kilometers (children's distance), 10.5 kilometers, 21 kilometers and 42 kilometers. Each finisher will receive a medal.
