Over 600 vendors from all over Germany and abroad are selling their antiques and secondhand goods for three days at the flea market in Berlin-Karlshorst.
The market grounds between the entrance to the Karlshorst harness racing track, the stables and the grandstand cover an area of approximately 25,000 square meters. Professional dealers offer rare items from all areas of collecting, as well as antique everyday objects suitable for almost any occasion and any interior. Private sellers surprise visitors with secondhand goods and bric-a-brac they’ve cleared out of their homes and basements. Anyone who loves vintage and flea market finds, enjoys hunting for bargains or is looking for an unusual design classic can rummage to their heart’s content at the Riesenflohmarkt (Giant Flea Market) at the Trabrennbahn Karlshorst.
Over the course of three days, the grounds of the Karlshorst racecourse are transformed into a bustling market village. Surrounding the flea market stalls, visitors can enjoy street food from around the world and relax in a beer garden atmosphere. On Sunday, there is a children’s program, a traditional Easter egg hunt and the big Easter bonfire will be lit.
