Of the nearly 16,000 Berlin students who took the exams this year, just under 15,200 passed the Abitur. The pass rate thus rose to 95.1 percent and, according to the data, is higher than last year’s rate of 94.5 percent. In 2023, the rate was 93.8 percent. "The results of this year's final exams are a testament to the dedication and perseverance of our students," said Education Senator Katharina Günther-Wünsch (CDU). A good education opens up opportunities and lays the foundation for a successful start to vocational training, college or a career.
