The Boros Collection showcases Karen and Christian Boros's private collection of contemporary art in a bunker in Berlin-Mitte.

Since 2008, the Bunker in Berlin Mitte has been showcasing rotating groups of works from the Boros private collection. The first presentation of the collection, from 2008 to 2012, attracted 120,000 visitors during 7,500 guided tours. The second exhibition of works from the Boros Collection featured pieces from the early 1990s and drew over 200,000 visitors between 2012 and 2016. The third exhibition, held between 2017 and 2021, attracted approximately 220,000 visitors.

Current exhibition at the Boros Collection

The collection’s fourth exhibition has been open to the public since 2022. All media, including sculpture, installation, painting, drawing, video and photography, are represented. On view are works by Jean-Marie Appriou, Julian Charrière, Eliza Douglas, Thomas Eggerer, Louis Fratino, Cyprien Gaillard, Ximena Garrido-Lecca, Yngve Holen, Klára Hosnedlová, Anne Imhof, Alicja Kwade, Victor Man, Kris Martin, Nick Mauss, Jonathan Monk, Adrian Morris, Paulo Nazareth, Berenice Olmedo, Amalia Pica, Bunny Rogers, Michael Sailstorfer, Wilhelm Sasnal, Pieter Schoolwerth, Anna Uddenberg, Julius von Bismarck, Eric Wesley and He Xiangyu.
