TU Museum of Architecture

Models, plans, drawings, samples, photographs and more: The Architekturmuseum at the Technical University of Berlin displays artifacts related to the construction and design of buildings.

The TU Museum of Architecture (German: Architekturmuseum der TU Berlin) was founded over 140 years ago. The museum’s collection at Ernst-Reuter-Platz comprises an impressive 145,000 prints, sketches and photographs. Among them are, for example, Karl Friedrich Schinkel’s drawings of the Altes Museum, models by Hans Scharoun and sketches of the Reichstag by Paul Wallot.
