Pistachio Street Food Festival

The Pistachio Street Food Festival is dedicated to the green kernels, which can be found in both sweet and sour dishes from all over the world.

Pistachios may be one of the most expensive seeds, but they are also particularly healthy. Botanically, they belong to the stone fruit family. Did you know that they are also called "laughing nuts" because of their shape? A whole weekend is now dedicated to this extraordinary nut.

A festival celebrates the pistachio in all its forms. There are sweet and savory pistachio specialties - not only from Italy, but also from many other countries. From panzerotti to empanadas, from pucce pugliesi to Mexican tacos; from Sicilian cannoli to French crêpes and tiramisu.... All these pistachio delicacies are on offer at this food event.

There will be cocktails and good music to accompany the pleasant atmosphere.

Free dance workshops

After the feast comes the dancing: with D!s World, Detleff Soost’s dance school, dance enthusiasts are in for a treat. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, everyone is invited to learn a variety of dance styles, from hip-hop and house dance to 90s dance, and to experience the rhythm together.
