For two days, gourmets and those with a sweet tooth will have the opportunity to taste, smell, and celebrate truffles in every conceivable way. There are culinary specialties, all with a delicate truffle flavor: from creamy pasta, pizza, and gourmet burgers to exclusive chocolate truffles and pralines, truffle ice cream, and melt-in-the-mouth pastries. The range also includes vegan and vegetarian options. In cooking shows and master classes, both types of truffles are transformed into culinary delicacies. Live music accompanies the truffle festival.
