Sehsüchte student film festival: In 2025, the Sehsüchte festival will take place in Potsdam-Babelsberg for the 54th time.
Sehsüchte is the largest international student film festival in Europe. The aim of the festival is to offer the invited filmmakers a forum for their films, as well as to promote exchange between them. The film festival takes place in Potsdam-Babelsberg southwest of Berlin.
At the same time, Sehsüchte is an audience event whose special appeal lies in the close contact between viewers and filmmakers. Panel discussions and workshop talks invite discussion, and at the legendary Sehsüchte parties there will once again be dancing until dawn - a supporting program whose warm atmosphere and variety will leave nothing to be desired.
