For Christmas Garden, the Botanical Garden in Berlin is transformed into a glowing fairytale landscape with all kinds of light shows, magic forests and 3D illuminated figures.

Starting on November, the Botanical Garden in Dahlem will once again invite visitors to take a spectacular evening stroll through a sparkling sea of lights at the "Christmas Garden Berlin."

Christmas Lights in the Botanical Garden

Visitors can spend a contemplative evening in dreamy surroundings on an approximately one and a half kilometer long tour. Over 1 million points of light, 3,000 fairy lights and a multitude of colorful illuminations immerse the Botanical Garden in a pre-Christmas sea of lights. The centerpiece is the Great Pavilion, which, together with the Italian Garden, shines in an audiovisual work of art combining music, projections, and floods of light. Along the way, stations such as the "Moonlight Meadow," the "Avenue of Poetry," and the colorful "Rainbow Tree" create a festive Christmas atmosphere.

Offers for families

A nostalgic carousel, a Christmas puzzle rally for children, glowing cotton candy in the Christmas village, and interactive light installations make a visit to Christmas Gardens Berlin an experience for the whole family.
