Christmas Lights at Lichtenberg City Hall

For more than 25 years, the Lichtenberg District Office has been inviting people to enjoy the pre-Christmas season in a neighborly atmosphere on the first day of Advent.

The focus of this traditional neighborhood Christmas market in in Lichtenberg is to offer space for cozy get-togethers with friends and family. At the stands, independent non-profit associations, schools, and institutions offer handmade crafts, children's toys, and freshly baked Christmas treats for sale. Barbecue and mulled wine are available for refreshments. Musicians from the Berliner Kneipenchor (Berlin Pub Choir) provide festive entertainment.
