Christmas Market at Charlottenburg Palace

In front of the majestic Charlottenburg Palace, more than 250 vendors offer Christmas decorations and foods for sale. Near the orangery, children can have fun on the nostalgic rides.

The special feature of this Christmas market is its location: Set up in front of the famous Charlottenburg Palace, about 250 vendors display and sell nostalgic Christmas crafts such as nativity figures and tree decorations. Traditional German Christmas sweets like stollen, spritz biscuits and marzipan loaves are available at the market too.

Traditional Sweet and Savoury Treats

Charlottenburg Palace, parts of the extensivepalace gardens and the Christmas market itself are festively illuminated. The smells of gingerbread, mulled wine, freshly-baked bread from a wood-fired oven and other savoury snacks stimulate the appetite and add to the Christmas atmosphere.

Nostalgic Fun for Children and Adults

The Royal Christmas Market in front of the old orangery offers special treats for the little ones. Historic and nostalgic fairground attractions such as a big wheel, different merry-go-rounds and tiny rollercoasters keep the children busy while the parents quietly discuss Christmas presents and sip mulled wine.
