At this LGBTIQ job fair, visitors can meet potential employers, make business contacts and attend talks about the career world.

The Sticks & Stones career fair is aimed at gay, lesbian, bisexual, queer and heterosexual students, graduates and professionals. Over 120 companies, including start-ups, agencies and international corporations, present their profiles and career opportunities and offer advice to job seekers and young professionals. A special focus lies on jobs in the sectors of information technology, pharmaceuticals, management consulting, media and tourism.

Inspiring Talks and Career Advice

The employers' information booths are complemented by a comprehensive supporting program with presentations, workshops, talks and competitions. Young startup entrepreneurs have the opportunity to inspire investors for their own business idea. Interested visitors can also have their CVs and cover letters optimized, talk to career counselors about their personal career paths, and make contacts during small talk.

Quiet hours and festival atmosphere

Sticks & Stones takes the various needs of its visitors into consideration. From 10 am to 12 no music is played during the quiet hours and the lights are dimmed. This means that people who are sensitive to stimuli can also visit Sticks & Stones.

After the quiet hours, the music is turned up again. A DJ provides the right atmosphere at the fair, which is also known as a careers festival.
