Numerous companies from eastern Germany present their products and services at the sales fair for eastern products.

Under the motto "Look, Try, Buy", visitors can discover or rediscover well-known East German classics, including food and beverages, clothing and cosmetics, books, video and CDs, porcelain, ceramics, glassware and candles, watches and jewellery, toys as well as furniture and household goods. The well-known East German cartoon characters Mr. Fuchs, Pittiplatsch and Schnatterinchen can also be purchased as dolls or figurines at the visitor fair.
