The pier Wannsee in the southwest of Berlin is a popular departure point for boat trips and river cruises across the Wannsee lake and the river Havel. There are several boat tours which offers views of the idyllic water landscapes on the way to Potsdam or Tegel in the north of Berlin. The location of the pier is near Wannsee station.

Departing from the pier Wannsee, the Ferry F10 is an important transport link to the Spandau neighbourhood of Alt-Kladow as well as a popular short boat trip for leisure-seeking Berliners especially on weekends.
