During the two-hour city tour, you will leave the typical tourist routes. How did people live, work, produce and enjoy themselves in such a small space? Today, Berlin's backyards in the former poor neighbourhood are popular. Restaurants, art galleries and creative shops have set up shop in the coach houses, former horse stables and old factory buildings.

On the trail of Jewish life

In addition to the Hackesche Höfe - several renovated Art Nouveau courtyards - the tour also takes you to the New Synagogue with its beautiful golden dome. Until before the Second World War, the synagogue was the largest and most important synagogue in Germany. To this day, the synagogue preserves the ancient history of the Jewish community in Berlin.
