More than 5000 runners compete in Germany's fastest city run, The Great 10K, which has been inspiring athletes from all over the country since 2008.
In addition to the traditional 10-kilometer route, The Great 10K also has a 4.2-kilometer route, which is particularly attractive for beginners. This starts at Zoo Berlin and ends at Charlottenburg Palace. Children can take part in the Bambini Run or Children's Run.
The course of the Great 10K is a circular course and runs through the city center with start and finish at Charlottenburg Palace via Großer Tiergarten. The route of the 4.2-kilometer run begins at Zoo Berlin and ends at Charlottenburg Palace. The kilometers are marked by signs along the route.
On the forecourt of Charlottenburg Palace there will be a stage with music, a children's play and exercise trail, food trucks and a chill-out area.
