The 500-meter Bambini Run awaits the youngest participants. Older visitors can test their skills in the Student Run or the 5- or 10-kilometer runs. The Halloween Run is all about fun, not athletic competition. Runners come in costume, and along the route there are a few (age-appropriate) spooky highlights. Prizes are awarded to the fastest runners and the best costumes. Every participant receives a finisher's medal. The supporting program featuring face painting, pumpkin carving and performances on the main square is sure to make little spooky monsters' eyes light up.
