Swim in the Wannsee, cycle on the Havelchaussee and run in the Grunewald forest. In addition to the sprint and middle distance, there is also a mini-marathon.
The Berlinman Triathlon takes place every two years on a weekend in late summer at Strandbad Wannsee. Athletes can choose between three different distances.
Those who complete the middle distance have to swim 2.2 kilometres, cycle 90 kilometres and run 20 kilometres. It can also be run as a relay. The swim course of the sprint distance is 700 metres long, the bike course 24 kilometres and the run course 5 kilometres. The Miniman is open to students of all age groups. The distances depend on the age group.
The swim takes place in the Wannsee. The swimmers will be protected by boats, rescue divers, kayakers and stand-up paddlers. The bike course is a circular route that runs along the Havelchaussee, among others. The running course is also a circuit and runs mostly on paved forest paths and tarmac through the beautiful Grunewald forest.
