NochMall - BSR department store for used goods

The used goods department store "NochMall" of the Berlin city cleaning service (BSR).

The used goods department store of Berliner Stadtreinigung (BSR) offers all kinds of goods in good condition that Berliners have handed in at selected recycling centers or in the "NochMall". The project aims to ensure that items that are still in good condition are reused instead of thrown away.

People can donate well-preserved items such as furniture, clothing, crockery, household appliances, toys or books for the "NochMall". These are then offered for sale on an area of 2500 square meters. With the department store, BSR wants to make a contribution to sustainability and climate protection. According to its own information, the "NochMall" does not generate any profits, but merely covers operating costs.

NochMall: The product range

In the "NochMall", the following goods, among others, can be sold and purchased: Porcelain, vases, crockery, shelves, chests of drawers, sofas, chairs, books, CDs, PC games, lamps, toys and electrical appliances. If you want to get rid of something yourself, you can hand it in directly at the department store or at one of three BSR recycling centers: the Gradestraße recycling center, the Hegauer Weg recycling center or the Lengeder Straße recycling center.
