Correction: No fan Zone at the Brandenburg Gate

Eröffnungsfeier Fanmeile am Brandenburger Tor (4)

A fan zone is regularly set up on Straße des 17. Juni between the Victory Column and the Brandenburg Gate during the European Football Championship and the World Cup. However, no fan zone is planned for the 2026 World Cup.

The Berlin Fan Mile is the largest open air venue for the live screening of major sporting events of its kind in Germany. It is located on Straße des 17. Juni in the Tiergarten district, between the Brandenburg Gate and Große Querallee. On a space of almost two kilometres, the Fan Mile provides more than enough space for a gigantic football fan party. Several large video screens provide an excellent view of the matches from all positions.
