For Vegan Sunday, the beer garden of the historical excursion restaurant Eierhäuschen on the edge of Plänterwald turns into an oasis for foodies and anyone interested in the vegan lifestyle. The new event created by the Green Market Berlin offers lots of plant-based street food from vegan gyros, burgers and hotdogs to healthy smoothies, delicious cookies and freshly baked waffles. A surrounding entertainment program with live music will invite visitors to stay for a while. In addition, a small market offers vegan food products to take home, cruelty-free cosmetics, second-hand clothing as well as handmade home goods and accessories.
