Silent Film Festival

At the annual silent film festival, classics of silent cinema come to the big screen in Berlin accompanied by a live orchestra.

The festival takes place in the Twelve Apostles Church and attracts with an extraordinary ambience and top-class musicians. The program always includes a successful mix of different film genres.

Program 2026

To kick off the festival, Stephan von Bothmer will perform a live organ rendition of “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.” Other highlights of this year’s festival program include live musical accompaniment for “The Lost World,” “Metropolis,” and the classic “Nosferatu.”
