The film “'Étranger” by François Ozon was the opening film for the 2025 French Film Week.

Film Week brings the best of French cinema to the capital. The crème de la crème of contemporary French filmmakers will present their works in Berlin.

The program for French Film Week 2026 is expected to feature numerous German premieres of French and Francophone films. For the 26th time, French Film Week in Berlin will be a forum for encounters and exchange. Last year, the films shown focused on personalities who are committed to freedom, values, and a better world.
