From the internationally renowned Berlinale to smaller festivals revolving around a particular genre or country, Berlin's film festivals offer many highlights for cineastes and movie lovers. more
As in previous years, the association for sport and culture "Brot & Spiele e.V." will be showing over 50 international feature films, documentaries and short films on the subject of football (soccer) at its unique film festival. The best films are honored accordingly: the best documentary or feature film is chosen by the audience with the "Golden 11" and two juries each award a jury prize. As part of the 11 mm Shortkicks Gala, a prominent jury will also honor the best soccer short film of the year.
