The Berlin Regional Association of Gardening Enthusiasts once again invites you to the big summer and garden festival on Garden Day. This time the festivities will take place in Lichtenberg.
The public park and its enchanting rosarium offer a colorful program. If you want to see everything, don't arrive too late. Nature fans can look forward to a wide range of information, a varied stage program and various hands-on activities.
Culinary delights include Vietnamese and Mozambican specialities, homemade juices and jams as well as pestos and fermented teas. Children can make a mini-greenhouse, while other stands offer quizzes, a wheel of fortune and tastings. Allotment garden organisations also deal with topics such as biodiversity, water management, old vegetable varieties and even help for the homeless.
