A large festival with a colourful programme takes place at the Humboldt Forum to mark the Mexican Day of the Dead.

For three days, visitors can explore death in an entertaining and diverse way. In the old Mexican belief, the dead return to the world of the living on Día de Muertos (All Saints' Day), with whom they celebrate a joyful reunion. Workshops, arts and crafts, a market, children's activities, theatre, public ceremonies and live music take place as part of the festival.
