The Forecast Festival at Radialsystem presents the results of the transdisciplinary, international mentoring program "Forecast".
Six program participants present their works together with their mentors throughout the building. Performances, installations and film works are shown as part of the festival. Workshops and discussion formats round off the program. The Forecast Festival is held in English.
On Friday, the first day of the festival, choreographer Alice Ripoll will present her project "Studies on Fluctuation", while her mentee Mehdi Dahkan will premiere "KMs of Resistance". Hao Zhou will be showing his autobiographical documentary "Correct Me If I'm Wrong". His mentor, filmmaker Tomer Heymann, presents the feature film "I Am Not".
On Saturday, it will be the turn of the mentor-mentee duos Lieko Shiga and Mei Liu, Theo Eshetu and Trà Nguyễn, Fiona Raby and Johanna Seelemann as well as Ute Wassermann and Camil Navarro. They will be showing collaborative installations and performances. The event will conclude with a solo performance by composer Ute Wassermann.
