Berlin Design Week

Design as a driving force for social and ecological change: Every spring, designers, artists, companies and universities present new ways of thinking and fresh ideas at the Berlin Design Week.

The Design Week places a strong focus on the topics of sustainable communication and design. The program consists of exhibitions, workshops, discussion rounds, guided tours and panels. The Design Week sees itself as a forum for creative exchange and as a mediation platform between the various disciplines. The motto for 2025 is Common Sense.

Highlights*: Open Day at Living Berlin, Official Salon, Futureverse

Living Berlin, formerly Stilwerk, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with an open day on 17 May from 10 am to 7 pm. Visitors can look forward to exhibitions, workshops, presentations, a children's programme and more.
AI Prompt Battle: on 15 May at 5 pm, AI prompters will compete against each other. The audience will decide which image is the best. Drinks and snacks will be served.
From Friday to Sunday, the pop-up exhibition Amtsalon will take place in a former courthouse.
The "Futureverse" exhibition combines fashion, culture, technology, interactive presentations and live performances. The exhibition can be visited from 16 to 18 May from 3 pm at Factory Berlin Mitte.
