Once a year, the Berlin Police Department holds an open house at the Ruhleben Police Station.

The open day features a variety of presentations on the work of the Berlin police, as well as an entertaining program for young and old alike. As always, the highlights are demonstrations by the special operations unit (SEK) and displays by the police dogs.

Stage program and kids' attractions

The police open house is intended to be a family event, which is why there is a special program for families and children. Young visitors can look forward to children's attractions, music and shows. In addition, refreshments are available at family-friendly prices in the garden.

Berlin Police Open Day: Theme Parks

At the event, the Berlin Police present the wide variety of tasks it performs. Nine different theme parks showcase the areas of traffic, victim protection and senior citizen safety, protection against burglary/car theft, emergency situations and emergency resources, alcohol and drugs, hotspot work, the police as an employer, training and studies and the State Criminal Police Office.
