The 19th Berlin Triathlon will take place in June 2025 with a start at the Island of Youth in Treptower Park in Berlin.

In addition to the classic Olympic distance and the sprint distance, the Berlin Triathlon 2025 will also feature a children's triathlon and a super sprint distance. The race is open to women, men and mixed relay teams. The more than 1700 registered athletes can expect catering stations during the race and at the finish, award ceremonies, medals and gifts at the finish, as well as hot showers and a massage service.

Route and Traffic Obstructions at the Berlin Triathlon

The first discipline of the Berlin Triathlon is swimming and takes participants around the Isle of Youth. The 6.34-kilometer bike course runs along the Plänterwald and is ridden up to 14 times, depending on the required distance. The run course leads over about 5 kilometers through and around the Plänterwald. Depending on the distance, athletes must swim 100 meters to 1.9 kilometers, bike 2.5 to 89 kilometers and run 400 meters to 21 kilometers.

There will be restrictions on road traffic in the area of the competition site over the weekend. On both days there will be driving bans or restrictions in the area of the street Neue Krugallee, Baumschulenstraße, Köpenicker Landstraße (towards the city), Bulgarische Straße, Alt-Treptow and Puschkinallee.
