A crazy celebration: The Pride Parade stands up for accessibility, participation and assistance, equal treatment and respect for people with physical and mental disabilities.

The Pride Parade wants to help break down barriers and prevent discrimination. Organizing team member Antje Barten explained in a statement last year: "The focus is on all people who do not always conform to social norms and are thus labeled as disabled, crazy, mentally ill or something similar." This year, the route leads from Hermannplatz to Kottbusser Tor.
