For one weekend per year, the Federal Chancellery, the Press and Information Office and the Federal Ministries invite all citizens to take a look behind the scenes of political Berlin.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of visitors take the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the Federal Government.
The Federal Press Office offers the opportunity to find out more about various topics from experts. Regardless of whether it is about better work-life balance, educational and career opportunities, entrepreneurial initiatives or social commitment. Many cabinet members and their state secretaries are also looking forward to the opportunity to talk to their guests in 2026.
The information and entertainment program gives visitors an impression of political Berlin. Among other things, there is the opportunity to take a look inside the minister's office. Employees will also talk about their day-to-day work.
The security precautions at the Federal Chancellery are the same as at airports. Identity cards or passports must be shown on request. Please refrain from carrying large bags or similar items.
