In September, Berlin becomes the capital of literature. Around 200 authors from over 40 countries are expected at the International Literature Festival.

The Berlin International Literature Festival presents the literary diversity of contemporary prose and poetry from all over the world. Renowned authors contribute to a varied program alongside new international discoveries. The program was co-developed by Curator in Residence Helon Habila. It follows the motto "Strange New World."
