The Fan Fest Berlin is a large public viewing venue during the football tournament FIFA World Cup 2018. It has become known as "Fanmeile Berlin" and is located on the Straße des 17. Juni in the Tiergarten district between Brandenburg Gate and Große Querallee.

Almost two kilometres long, the Fanmeile provides much space for a gigantic football fan party. There are several large video screens at the venue which provide an excellent view of the matches from all positions. In 2014 the German national football team, winner of the World Cup, was enthusiastically welcomed here by hundreds of thousands of excited fans.

The Fanmeile will be screening all group matches of the German national team and all matches of the knockout stage:

Main stage and screens at the Fanmeile
The Fanmeile has a 80 square metres XXL screen at Brandenburg Gate and several large video screens along Straße des 17. Juni. The main stage with the live programme is located at Brandenburg Gate.
Security checks and safety
There are security checks at all entrances. Items that are not allowed on the Fanmeile grounds will be seized by the security staff. These include sharp items, items that can be used as weapons, glass bottles, aerosol cans, mugs, large bags, suitcases, chairs, fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles, large flagpoles, megaphones, alcoholic beverages, animals and laser pointers. Visitors are allowed to carry jute bags, gym bags, belt bags, and smaller handbags.
Fan Fest Berlin 2018 Information
The Fanmeile is accessible for the entire duration of the World Cup. On matchdays the doors open at 13:00 to midnight or the end of the last match. Admission: The admission is free. Live programme: Before and after the matches there is a live programme on stage with DJs, talkshows and lotteries. Food and drinks are available at several stalls along the Fanmeile. Arrival: Visitors are advised to arrive early at the Fan Fest. When the maximum number of visitors is reached, the Fanmeile will be closed. In case of the closure of Brandenburger Tor and Potsdamer Platz stations due to congestion visitors can also arrive via Hauptbahnhof (main station), Tiergarten station or take the bus to Großer Stern (Siegessäule).
