2026 DFB Cup Final: Bayern Munich vs. VfB Stuttgart

Bayern Munich and VfB Stuttgart will face off in the final on 23 May 2026 at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. Bayern Munich beat Leverkusen 2–0 in the semi-finals, whilst Stuttgart won their semi-final 2–1 against SC Freiburg.

Home-field advantage and fan section assignments

For the final at the Olympic Stadium, Bayern fans will be seated in the East Stand (Ostkurve), while Stuttgart fans will be seated at the Marathon Gate. Bayern Munich officially have home advantage, so they will use the home dressing room at the stadium.

Fan gatherings in Berlin

Every year, large fan gatherings take place in the run-up to the game. In 2026, Stuttgart fans will gather starting at 10 a.m. atAlexanderplatz. No central meeting point for FC Bayern Munich fans has been announced yet.

Tickets for the 2026 Cup Final

Demand for tickets to the DFB Cup Final is very high every year. The application period for the 2026 DFB Cup Final ended on April 21. Due to high demand, tickets are allocated by lottery each year. Soccer fans could apply for a maximum of four tickets through the German Football Association (DFB).
