Once a year, Berlin’s world famous sights and monuments in the city centre become the canvas for spectacular light and video projections at the Festival of Lights. more
With "berlin modern", a new building for 20th century art is being created at the Kulturforum. The shell of the building, which is already largely complete, will open its doors to the public for the first time on October 18 and 19. Over the two days, visitors will have the opportunity to view the building designed by Herzog & de Meuron and the future exhibition rooms of the Neue Nationalgalerie. Performances by Joan Jonas are also on the program.
