Advent Bazaar at the Christuskirche

On the Saturday before the first Advent, Christmas scents and sounds spread a contemplative atmosphere in Kreuzberg's Dieffenbachstraße.

The traditional Advent Bazaar takes place in the Christuskirche and the Agaplesion nursing home as well as on the sidewalk of Dieffenbachstraße. Visitors can purchase lovingly made arts and crafts. There are handicrafts and all kinds of Christmas treats to buy, plus a program for young and old. A highlight is the opening of the Advent bazaar by a Scottish bagpipe group.
