With pytt i panna, marzipan cake, elk sausage, glögg and more, the Swedish Victoria Congregation invites Berliners to get in the mood for the Christmas season together on the first weekend of Advent.
In addition to Swedish treats, visitors to the Christmas bazaar organized by Swedish Victoria Church in Berlin can browse booths with handmade gifts, Christmas decorations, blankets, books and knitwear.
Every year on December 13, the Nordic countries celebrate the winter solstice with the Lucia festival. St. Lucia appears with luminous candles to mark the occasion of the days becoming longer again. Traditionally, St. Lucia doesn't miss the opportunity to visit the Swedish Christmas Bazaar on both days.
