Every year, original and lovingly handcrafted products from the Christmas workshop of the Christliches Jugenddorfwerk Deutschland are offered at the CJD Advent Market.
In the CJD workshops and facilities, people with support needs make original Christmas products from wood, glass, ceramics, metal and more. Carefully handcrafted, they create high-quality decorative items for Christmas trees, Advent calendars, children's toys and fashionable accessories, which are offered for sale at the Christmas market.
All proceeds from the Advent market at the Presse- und Informationsamt der Bundesregierung (Federal Government Press and Information Office) go to the facilities where the products were made. Visitors can therefore not only look forward to finding original gifts for their loved ones, but also to supporting a charitable project.
