The entire Kranoldkiez neighborhood will transform itself into a decentralized Christmas market on the Saturday before the third Advent.

The Christmas market to go replaced the previously traditional Christmas market on Kranoldplatz during the Corona pandemic. Due to its great popularity, the decentralised concept is now a permanent part of the Christmas season in Steglitz. At the Christmas market, traders offer their goods in front of or sometimes even inside the shops of the local businesses. The sheltered Christmas market is organised by the Steglitz/Zehlendorf Economic Development Agency and the "Mein LiLa" Lichterfelde/Lankwitz e.V. community.
