The Advent Market at Domäne Dahlem is centered around a former manor house from the 16th century. The old house and the adjoining outbuildings on the large Domäne grounds form the beautiful backdrop to one of the most charming Christmas markets in Berlin, perfect for a family outing and visitors looking for something special.

Fun for Young and Old Visitors

Besides being an open-air museum, Domäne Dahlem is also a working organic farm. Live animals and the smell of the nearby wintery fields create the cozy feeling of a small countryside market and offer visitors a taste of nature – all within Berlin's city limits. Children are invited to make their own candles and tree ornaments both in the manor house and outside.

Traditional Food and Unique Gifts

From around lunchtime, the market bustle is accompanied by live music shows. The offerings at the Christmas market include high-quality handmade gifts, pottery and felt products as well as Christmas decorations. Hungry visitors will enjoy the traditional food offerings such as goose drumsticks, mulled wine, waffles and non-alcoholic punch for children.
