Schloßstraße Steglitz

The shopping centre Forum Steglitz is one of Berlin's oldest malls and got reconstructed in 2005. About 80 shops offer their products and services.

Opened in 1970 on Schlossstraße in Steglitz in the south of West-Berlin the Forum Steglitz was one of the first shopping centre's in Berlin. Its tradition is still visible in its architecture which keeps the 1970s alive. Due to its various shops and services all located in one place Forum Steglitz became an attraction by then.

Between 2005 and 2007 the building got broadly reconstructed and 20 additional shops and services opened. The tenants range from consumer electronic shops to fashion stores, accessory shops, discount supermarket chains and various services such as travel agencies, pharmacies, florists, hairdressers and restaurant chains.

Parking lots, motorway, public transport

The Forum provides about 650 parking spaces including an electric charging station which is opened for 24 hours. Forum Steglitz is easy to reach by public transport as well as by car because Schlossstraße is a well connected traffic route.
