Communications agent
As a communications agent you will join the communications team during the time of the conference. The communications team will be in charge of e.g. internal press releases, visualisation of the workshop results, the creation of short clips and visual impressions and can also be involved in the conference documentation. The communications team will be supported by relevant experts.

Topic agent
You have specific knowledge in one of the conference fields of action and would like to share it with your fellow participants? As a topic agent you get the chance to moderate the discussions of a working group and to present the results in the plenary. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge in a certain topic and to encourage others to exchange their ideas. The topic team will be supported by relevant experts.

During the conference, our Awareness Team will aim to make sure that all participants feel comfortable. In order to create a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere, we would like you to contribute to finding a common code of conduct. Which values and behaviours (e.g. gender neutral language, respectful interaction, inclusiveness) are particularly important to you for a fruitful and respectful working atmosphere? Let us know in the application form!

Travel costs for participants arriving from outside Berlin can be covered by the conference organisers. Please check the FAQs for specific information on terms and conditions.
If required, we will coordinate your accommodation in Berlin. When registering, you will have the option to state if you would need an accommodation during the time of the conference.

In light of the conference’s topic, we would like to encourage you to consider the environment every step of the way to, during and after the conference. We are developing a sustainability concept to reduce waste, energy consumption and other harmful environmental impacts. Support us by choosing the most environmentally friendly mode of transportation, bringing your own drinking bottles, and other measures you can think of. Please note that it will not be permitted to bring your own food.
