Welcome to GET OFF THE VAN - WALKING TOUR

In addition to our guided city tour in a 1972 Ford Van, we now offer a more detailed look into Berlin's Berlin's DIY music & art scene with our Walking Tour.

Let us introduce you to the most important places for the Berlin subculture scene. Take a stroll through the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg and learn everything about the vast history of this most vibrant, eccentric and diverse part of town: From the May 1st riots, to the backards and basements. Let us show you the secret and the hidden spots, way off the beaten paths and faded store fronts.
Take a look behind the facades and explore the local hotspots of then & now.

Hosted by Jason Honea, a singer, sayer, performance artist, father, school teacher, Kreuzberg resident and experienced guide. Jason grew up in the SF Bay Area and has been singing in various bands since 1981, including Social UnRest, Grim Reality or Dysnea Boys. This long time Berlin resident considers going to shows and cleaning up creeks to some of his all time favorite things. 
Includes complimentary drinks and an exclusive GET IN THE VAN T-Shirt!
5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
 
Duration: 1,5-2 hours.
