Black out: A Digital Dance Show
We descend into the subway and wait with other people for the train.
Suddenly there is a power failure and only the smartphone displays light up the darkness. This unreal scenario, the total blackout, is actually unimaginable in our high-tech world.
Because every day we spend almost more time in the digital bubble and communicating via the smartphone than in reality! People have "forgotten" to approach each other, to help and support each other, but also to tell their own stories of life. Digitisation and technology are unstoppable and forward-looking!
Fiction or reality?
BLACK OUT presents the genre "Digital Dance" as a world novelty:
Stage parts are transformed into a large 3-dimensional virtual reality box in which dancers move in perfect digital symbiosis. Pulsating music sucks us into this virtual world in which the boundaries between fiction and reality merge. Where there was a subway station right before our eyes, new worlds now dominate and create breathtaking three-dimensional projections. An audiovisual world opens up and tells stories of the individual characters as we have never seen them before. Man and digitalisation become one and merge.
Digital Dance: Expressive choreographies meet high-tech effects
The Flowmotion Dance Company is one of the international experts in this young genre and presents with this show production a visually active dance theatre. The result is almost magical illusions, visually stunning dramas and lovely gimmicks that show the fantastic harmony between dance at the highest level and state-of-the-art technology. A unique show experience where the visitor is not let go for a second.
