Dress rehearsal for Christmas Eve

Filled to bursting with home-made red cabbage, the goose is juicy on the inside, golden-brown crispy on the outside and its fragrance promises a wonderful Christmas meal. The name of the St. Martin's Goose actually means that the goose traditionally comes to the table on St. Martin's Day, 11 November each year, to feast once again before the pre-Christmas 40-day Lent.â

But who wants to do without tender breast, aromatic gravy and hand-rolled dumplings between St. Martin's Day and Christmas? At least nobody in our Christmas cookery course in Berlin! In a relaxed atmosphere, you'll get yourself into the Christmas mood with wintery aromas of dumplings, goose stock and fruity red cabbage and practice for the big boil-up on December 24th.

Because the little pitfalls of Goose & Co. can make a big difference when you are under time pressure and holiday stress. It's better to find out right now which stock is suitable for the goose, which fillings are particularly tasty and how dumplings hold together in water, but don't overcook them into tough meatballs. So, if the whole family is waiting for the annual highlight, nothing can go wrong.
